During the early years of the company’s 75 year history, its various building, manufacturing and plant hire companies operated from a 3.6 acre yard in Botley, west of Oxford City. As the company started to focus on property development and investment, this site was firstly upgraded into an industrial estate, before being redeveloped as one of the prime Office locations on the Oxford ring road. Minns developed each building for a specific
occupier on a pre-let or pre-sale basis. Occupiers included Morgan Cole Solicitors, Savills, Barclays Bank plc, A2 Dominion, TCI, Royal Bank of Scotland and Oxford Metrics Group plc.
This office campus has been developed over a number of years now totals over 100,000 sq ft gross of accommodation with a total value in the order of £20 Million.
Minns Estates, in October 2009 was awarded with an Environment Award by Oxford Preservation Trust for the ‘North Hinksey Nature Reserve’ which has been developed in close co-operation with North Hinksey Parish Council on land adjoining the Minns Business Park.
