Minns have been appointed as Development Managers by land owners where the expertise to work up occupier-led solutions, or to gainplanning consent for the most viable land uses can be utilised. Minns approach to sites where consent has been granted for the most suitable use(s), is to first understand the requirements and operations of the occupier and how facilities fit into the framework of the business. To achieve this, the occupier's existing accommodation is audited to establish the mix and nature of the uses. Minns then coordinates
the process from site delivery, through planning, detailed design, cost appraisal, tendering and construction through to the commissioning of the finished building. Minns approach to sites where land is not granted with planning for the most suitable or viable use is to, together with consultants, undertake a planning and marketing assessment in order to devise the most suitable approach to take. Minns then follows through a progressive approach to seeking the optimum planning consent often with an end user in mind.
